Change in the Board of Directors

Manuela Lipp from Zurich has been newly elected to the board of directors and will assume the chairmanship. She brings many years of experience in the fields of law, governance, and risk management, particularly in the energy and regulatory sectors.

Manuela Lipp is a licensed attorney. Her professional career includes positions at PwC, various management roles at Repower AG, and at the cooperative ZFV-Unternehmungen. There, she was responsible for areas including legal, governance, and quality and environmental management, and was a member of the extended management board. Since March 2024, she has been the managing partner of coachrgroup GmbH, which she co-founded and which specializes in executive coaching and leadership development.

In addition, she is involved in various boards of directors, including the electricity works of the Canton of Schaffhausen AG, the Engadiner Kraftwerke AG and the Liechtensteinische Kraftwerke LKW.

Reto Walter was also newly elected to the Board of Directors. He is a founding member of 49Komma8 AG and has been responsible for technological development as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) since the company's inception. With his technical expertise and deep understanding of innovation, he strengthens the board and supports the company's strategic direction.

Dr. Hans Brändle and Christian Dürr will remain on the Board of Directors, ensuring the necessary continuity. Dr. Roland Herb is stepping down from the Board, which he has successfully led as President since the company's founding. We thank him for his great commitment and wish him all the best.

With this new composition, the company is setting important impulses for future-oriented corporate management after the start-up phase.
