Brief description
In Walenstadt, three identical storage systems are implemented on one site. The Walenstadt system I is used to serve the grid and is both black-start and island-capable. Together with the Walenstadt system II, the Walenstadt system I can supply the entire supply area of the Walenstadt water and electricity works with backup power.
